mastodon 4.7.368 years old. 🇬🇧 living in 🇨🇵 Deaf since I broke an ankle six years ago & lost my hearing (long story). Now kitted out with a Cochlear Implant on one ear, the other ear is dead.
Retired. So I have lots of time to do sports (too many) #Biking, MTB, Gravel, Road #Crossfit #Hyrox #Gym #Jogging, Road & Trail.
No computer background but spend most of my time on them. All Linux
Main PC #ArchLinux. #Debian server on a 2nd for self hosted #HomeAssistant #Nextcloud. Open source if possible.
My latest purchase #vittoria #terrano pro tyres for my #Orange gravel bike. The critiques are very good.
Will give me an excuse to go riding tomorrow, and test them, especially as it should be a nice day. It'll make a change from MTB or road riding, as I haven't been on the gravel for a while now

Update, these tyres are good, dry hard packed, really very good, on the roads they're good as well
After receiving all this yesterday, I've just built my first Meshtastic device. With a #Heltec T114 v4 board. Sadly, where I live out in the sticks, there's nobody else using #meshtastic or not yet anyway.
But it was fun to build. Will add a node at home soon, as the next step
@NilaJones@zeroes.ca Try FairEmail on Android, you can add your email accounts to it , though if i remember correctly not Proton, which I stopped using, and you can search words or phrases. It's updated very regularly, works extremely well, the Pro version is not expensive, grab it via F-Droid or Play Store
Today was a good day. 💪
Working out at the gym. For an old man I find it's not to bad 🤣

Hi, i have just stopped using WP after about ten years for the same reason as you stated, #Pagecord is easy to use, just write and post. No add-ons No extras.
If this helps check out my home page here

If you use Favero Assioma power pedals with a Garmin bike computer or watch, connect the pedals via ANT+ only. This ensures you get full Cycling Dynamics in Garmin Connect. Don’t connect them by Bluetooth & don’t connect them using both BT & ANT+ , otherwise Cycling Dynamics won’t show up. #favero #assioma #garmin #ANT+ #CyclingDynamics
