We have the *Contributor* Covenant (code of conduct template). Is there a *Maintainer* Covenant equivalent?
Context: I'm writing a proposal for how a project's maintainers should act (basic civility, de-escalating conflicts, confirming perceived negative intent, etc.).
I wish I could reach through the internet and physically pinch the upper arm flesh of everybody who uses AI to send low quality PRs in open source.
I don't want to seriously injure these people. I just want them to feel a physical manifestation of how fucking annoying it is dealing with their slop.
Wrote up my final "year in review" blog post for open source maintenance. It was a wonderful fourth and final independent work year. 💙

We're cooking up some awesome linting features in Flint ❤️🔥. Auvred got full typed linting to work for TS extension languages like Astro and Vue. Which is best-in-class / industry-pushing and I hope gets picked up by every linter.

Heyall I'm going to be speaking remotely at AspireConf on the 23rd about TypeScript and Aspire!
C# devs are used to types on the backend. They're a bit different, and just as awesome, on the frontend. We'll see how TypeScript types work in an Aspire app. 🤝
Flint is going strong 💪 we've got a ton of progress to report from 2025 + the start of 2026, plus big plans for 2026->2027.
We're doing a ton of cool work reimagining what a modern web linter could be like: everything from the user experience, up to community management, down to its core architecture. I'm so happy to be leading a project with such a great team and making such consistent progress on a solid foundation + vision. ❤️🔥

tl;dr: it grew 12% from last year, again mostly from a few bigger projects.
