Does anyone know how often @madonline@poa.st checks for blocks? And also what method it uses to identify blocks?

Oh well it looks like cloudflare is down again. I should use something else for DNS.

One thing I really like about soapbox is the default emotes. Not opening the emoji picker immediately is genius. Would be nice for individuals to select the 8 emotes that show up there, but I still prefer the defaults to having the phone browser stutter worse than a young Joe Biden.

Hello @graf@poa.st . I believe poa.st may have automatically blocked my IP. I've taken down my akkoma instance and remade it as a pleroma instance and imported a follow list. I don't know if this triggered some kind of auto block, but I uh, have to log in here through a vpn now.

This is all so ridiculous. The akkoma dev should be shot. Frankly so should Lain for not maintaining his docs so I could simply use pleroma.

I updated akkoma and it broke because I had the wrong password for Postgres I guess? I don’t even know how this happens. It auto sets all this up and apparently does it incorrectly.

Breaker tripped for my apartment bedroom. That was weird.

@graf Works great now. Thank you. Sorry for the mixups. I guess uploading the friend list create too many automated requests and I was flagged as a bot?
