No one, in the history of ever, has been arrested, spoken to police and "cleared up the misunderstanding" and walked away, period.
If you're in the room, and say anything but "lawyer" you're an idiot.
Guilty or innocent.
But weirdly, it's worse if you're innocent.
Like, if someone other than you kills your spouse, STFU!

I don't dispute that your science is sound and you're completely correct.
That being said, I think we can all agree that anyone under 25 is a complete idiot.
Both in regular, and emotional intelligence.
At 54 it's clear to me that I was.
And this is why intelligence and wisdom are separate stats in DnD.

Them not playing actual DND bums me out because the way I learn it's literally the best example of real play and I see how rules and mechanics interact before i use them at my table.
