Before anyone goes on a wild goose chase, this excerpt is on the opening of Chapter 4 instead of 5 in the first edition. Anyone surprised to find that public domain art is determined to be AI generated does not realize that feeding an LLM requires a lot of art, and public domain is the easiest one to come across. AI detectors, as far as I know, check AI signs, and (most) AI signs came from their use by public domain artworks.

JD Vance’s birthname is actually James Donald Bowman. When he was 6, her mother remarried and they changed their name to James David Hamel. Since his mother divorced again (this woman married a lot of times), JD changed their last name to Vance in 2013. Source: apnews.com/…/election-2024-republicans-vice-presi…

I don't think all of them should run a single distro. Linux is quite diverse by design. As long as they don't pick Red Hat or anything based in Fedora (which is pretty much Red Hat). I would love SUSE, but oh well

Isn't is weird that being prejudiced against women is often called misogyny and being prejudiced against men (like in the case above) is also called misogyny?

(Bold mine) This seems like me to claiming prejudice against men happened in the parent comments.

Yes, because the “easily-notable bias” is just a result of discussions done at different times to different evidence, and claiming bias is an overgeneralization.

Wikipedia:Verifiability, not truth says: This page in a nutshell: Any material added to Wikipedia must have been published previously by a reliable source. Editors may not add content solely because they believe it is true, nor delete content they believe to be untrue, unless they have verified beforehand with a reliable source. Verifiability is as important as truth. But reliable sources are biased! From WP:BIASED (Wikipedia:Reliable sources#Biased or opinionated sources). Wikipedia articles are required to present a neutral point of view. However, reliable sources are not required to be neutral, unbiased, or objective. Sometimes non-neutral sources are the best possible sources for supporting information about the different viewpoints held on a subject. (Bolding mine) But reliable sources are chosen by biased contributors! OP attached to their comic repost RSP columns. Deutsche Welle: Reliability was never discussed in an RFC. Anyone complaining here of bias does not acknowledge their possibility (if they are not banned) of making an RFC on it. Voice of America: Discussed on RSN a few times. The last one is pretty interesting: Here Xinhua: Discussed here. ITT: It’s quite old, but Xinhua is very controversial. Telesur: Discussed here around seven years ago. Quite conclusive, I would say.
