Now that the new gpu is installed, I'm installing Skyrim VR.
Okay, I'm going to try a little thing of moonshine my coworker gave me as a late bday gift. I have never had moonshine before so this'll be new.
the new GPU is installed, time to test hat in time 0w0
I can bump hat up to 100% render scale now and still get good performance.
Most people don't actually dislike tofu. They've either never had it or only had it prepared badly.
I find it very strange that people see tofu as a meat alternative and don't eat it. It's its own food.
My cryptofascist coworker was bragging about using a mod in skyrim vr that uses genai to make it so you can talk to the npcs through your mic and they talk back. I just can't with this guy.
At this point the last two of this bus that were scheduled haven't shown up so that's great
Barely missed the previous bus home from the store, and now this next bus is super late...
Quake live is not only still populated with full servers, even in the middle of the workday, it's still awesome. Hell yeah.
I talked to the office about still getting texts demanding march rent, they just gave me the manager's email and told me to email her and include the move-in cost sheet I was given at move-in.
That email is lengthy and now sent, but jesus fucking christ what a pain in the ass this has been.
It would be cool to get a tattoo of my old cat's pawprint that I got from the vet with his ashes.
Trying to air-fry some tofu we'll see how it works out :3
This cat demanded that I slouch so he can lay on my stomach
@rachaelspooky@cyberpunk.lol A good friend tells their friends what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. That's not being cruel.
I saw a steamer playing this ps2 horror game called lifeline where you have to control the main character exclusively through voice commands, and I must play this one day
I ate so much curry I feel like I could go into a food coma
I've had strive open for like 20 minutes and found a grand total of 2 fights.
for some reason I'm having a really hard time finding games in strive
Now I'm trying to see how Halo Infinite performs, but it's doing that thing where the menu interfaces... just don't want to load.
It really doesn't feel like my apartment intends to ever send anyone to fix my washer
Playing Unreal Tournament 2004 made me crave some Quake Live
nepeta walks up and just starts drinking my water out of my mug.
RUDE.
I noticed another hole in one of my teeth. I gotta start taking my mouth health seriously. I can't afford a dentist, so I think I need to brush and floss more often, and stop drinking so much soda. This us going to actually be very difficult.
And I finished Re2 n64. I can say it's really frustrating looking anything up for the old versions of RE2 because any searches just bring up results for the remake.
Hunted my first Ratholos in Monster Hunter World and I almost ran out of time, it ran away like 11 or 12 times. So much chasing.
I like this FFA server in quake live, but they also have a tendency to throw a lobby of 20 people into maps designed for like 2 to 4 players.
alas I dislike the changes strive has made to bridget so I won't be playing her anymore
My brother said he was going to be on to play deadlock with me before he had to go to work, but he said he'd be online an hour ago. So I guess he's not going to play.
One day I'll actually play more Monster Hunter World, if I ever see the DLC at a reasonable price. It's still like $45
I started Resident Evil Code Veronica in an effort to try it again, since I softlocked last time I tried it.
The first thing of note I really have to say is that this game is incredibly aggressive with it's enemies. From the very start of the game, most rooms in the game have 4+ enemies at a time, plus they respawn when you leave a room and come back.
Paired with the game having the same strict limited amount of ammunition, healing, and save items available... it seems an odd choice. It feels like you just don't *get* to save or stockpile resources ever, because every time you enter a room you're being forced to fight - especially because rooms are claustrophobic and there's just no room to run past enemies without them grabbing you.
I think I am going to give Resident Evil Code Veronica another try soon
After tomorrow, I'll be finally caught up on critical role. Jesus.
What will I do with myself.
being totally real, gas is like $6 a gallon here right now and between that and food being a lot more expensive recently, paired with new apartment rent being much higher than it used to be... things are gonna be very very tight financially here.
Taking lunch a bit early because the hunger and tired has hit
My brain is mush and I'm just staring at the monitor, maybe I should go to bed
