It's been 15 years and I still pop on when I can. Though that would be a lot easier and more often if my current laptop didn't suck so much at playing games, especially open world ones.

One of the worst things about the Animal Farm movie coming out is that an adult version closer to the book would have been great right now. A serious, depressing PG-13 or R rated animated version.

Not every animated feature has to be family friendly and we need to kill off this way of thinking. We don't treat any other medium like this (books, music, ect.) and it's limiting creativity as well as preventing mature stories to be told. It's a story telling tool which should be used to tell a variety of stories, not just a limited few. It's been a major pet peeve of mine for a long time and I'd love for the "Animation Age Ghetto" to vanish completely.

Got a ticket for the Pride Festival/Parade. Still not sure if I'll be able to go or not, but at least I have a ticket just in case 🏳️‍🌈🌈

Had a nice Mother's Day hanging out with my mom. Went over this morning and got to see my niece for a minute before she got picked up.

After that, I drove my mom to go pick up some food/drinks and we spent the rest of the day relaxing at their house. My siblings were working, so it was only me.

I really want to go to Dallas Pride next month, especially to see the new area it's in, but not sure if I'll be able to ☹️
