I got sick of Windows, Facebook & Twitter, so I'm giving myself the gift of not using that bullshit anymore. Getting off the proprietary software train.

New Linux Mint user, vibes to Synthwave, poutine nut, and vinyl enthusiast. I love cassette futurism & cyberpunk aesthetics.

Do I know everything about 80's retro cult classics? Nope, but I can learn.

I won't post / boost more than once per day, so I won't spam your timeline.

On this day 47 years ago in 1979, "Alien" premiered. Alien has to be the best "Cassette Futurism" vibe ever put to film. #OTD #Movies #Film #Cinema #Alien #Aliens #RidleyScott #SigourneyWeaver #IanHolm #HRGiger #WeylandYutani #MUTHUR #Nostromo #LV426 #Nostromo #CassetteFuturism

The Net turns 31 years old today. It premiered back in 1995. As such, I treated myself to a re-watch. With how fast technology was moving in 1995, it's not surprising that it doesn't hold up in 2026. Still, It's a great look back. #OTD #Movies #Film #TheNet #SandraBullock #DennisMiller #Analog #CRT #OPSEC #OSINT #InfoSec #Privacy #Surveillance
