@shetani@meow.social @goaty@meow.social ... that actually sounds pretty tasty 👀 though I am an equine (most days)

@goaty@meow.social I've been listening this morning and can confirm that it's made with the souls of dead & dying malls. It feels oddly nostalgic

@goaty@meow.social oh! I do this with Art Menagerie to generate a thumbnail for videos.
Assuming you have ffmpeg built with libwebp, you can do this:
ffmpeg -i INPUT -codec:v libwebp -frames:v 1 -qscale:v 75 OUTPUT
This will save the first frame to a webp image!
Replace INPUT and OUTPUT with your desired filenames (be sure output has .webp extension).
The -qscale:v 75 is actually the default value, so it's unnecessary in this command, but I put it there in case you want to change the quality setting.
In case you are curious, code here: https://code.artmenagerie.app/file?name=ffmpeg/ffmpeg.go&ci=tip

@TerrorBite@meow.social I want to make some. I've heard some a long time ago but I can't find it anymore. I'm learning how to make music, but it's a slow process.

@shetani@meow.social oh no! Slowly backing away from this one... hoping I go unnoticed 🦓
