I really hope my neighborhood stays wildflower friendly. Sitting out here with the weeds is very calming.
I just found out one of the local rep houses is showing Alien on Monday. I am prepared to be terrified.
The cat has been getting us up at 5am so she can watch the sunrise, and this is not working for my sleep schedule.

The summer produce faucet has turned on at the CSA. We might need to eat two pounds of veg a day this week.
I thought that making a strung earring would take a lot longer, but the only time intensive part was finding all the bits.
We got fancy window fans this year, and the gentle lovely breeze it is sending into the room is actually delightful.
And it has some sort of baffle situation so it’s opaque from the outside. A nice breeze, and the neighbors can’t see me doom scrolling. Incredible.

@willasaywhat@infosec.exchange Maybe. Pepper will paw at the blinds she wants opened until we give in. And they’re foiled on the inside so it’s a pretty loud and compelling argument at 5am.
I love a theatre (building) nerd. The AD walk through of the Ed Sullivan theater is wonderful.

It’s notable that that room was tiny, and still pretty much perfect. They even had a laundry room in the basement.
The hotel I’m in now has the coffee maker and a window that opens. At least the lobby has a decent spot to sit.
I’m morbidly curious about the current line goes up situation with the stock market, so I was reading an article on the recent google earning’s report. People are excited because they have signed contracts for possibly putting data centers in space.
And that will somehow cause the line to go up more. Because space!
