On Fridays, Shortwave Radiogram is currently preceded by RAE Argentina al Mundo broadcasting via WRMI on 15770kHz.
The broadcast is often affected by a RTTY like signal which can only be avoided by switching to USB or tuning up the dial a little bit.
The Roberts RC-828 (Sangean ATS-818ACS) is a recent find at my local charity shop.
Today's Winter Solstice broadcast of Shortwave Radiogram includes many festive images.
Received in Hampshire England using a Belka (Gen 3) receiver and tuned wire antenna.
My new Belka radio goes on its first field trip to the woods.
Reception conditions were poor to fair, but the radio itself seems to be a great performer.
Using my FT-891 only for digital modes and shortwave listening, my protective carry case doesn't need to accommodate use of a microphone.
