@mwichary@mastodon.online with regards to snapping behaviour: Omnigraffle does this incredibly well. Resizing uses rows and columns to match the relevant size, same for moving things where they snap to the sides or centers.
Keynote does this reasonably, PowerPoint is less good at it.
