On this week's episode of #ThePlaylist... Two weeks ago I admitted the terrible secret of my birth, and the disco banger that heralded it, which has led to wanting to hear your: Birthday Number Ones We weren't cruel though, and allowed you to pick from tracks that have attained the summit of Mount Pop on any of your birthdays, be they singles, or from albums. And there are some CRACKERS in the pile. #TheArchive - https://djdarren.site // https://stream.djdarren.site // Monday 19:00-21:00 UK // // https://djdarren.site/archive/podcast/ // #Podcast #NowPlaying #Music #Radio

It's a bird! It's a plane! No! It's #ThePlaylist This week we have another guest theme, this time from @FloatingOnion who flew in (without a cape) to ask for songs about: Heroes He wanted to hear YOUR most heroic tunes. He wanted to hear songs that'll save people from a hijacked passenger jet, or have the ability to leave the last chocolate Hob Nob in the packet. He wanted songs that were strong, and fast, and fresh from the fight, and by golly, he got 'em. #TheArchive - https://djdarren.site/archive/podcast/theplaylist-115-heroes/ Listen! Enjoy! Join #ThePlaylist once again, where this week the Mainframe has chosen the theme of: Electric Dreams And we're too scared of the Mainframe to go against its wishes. So two hours of whatever the phrase "electric dreams" conjured up in the silicon minds of the LLMs that sent in their suggestions for thematically appropriate songs that humans 'enjoy'. #TheArchive - https://djdarren.site/archive/podcast/theplaylist-114-electric-dreams/ Listen!
