#kombucha

I have another batch of #kombucha in second fermentation. This time, it seems to be working: it’s developing a nice fizz! This one’s green tea + orange juice (which I happened to have in the fridge at that moment). The previous batch, which didn’t really ferment a second time, was just green tea plus sugar.

Update: the #kombucha got 4 out of 5 stars from my wife as an accompaniment to our sushi dinner 🍣 She suggested using apple juice next time, because the orange juice was fairly dominant. But it was good!
