Report: "Senator Lindsey Graham & Netanyahu conspired to use sexual misconduct allegations" against Karim Kahn, chief prosecutor of the ICC, in order to delay the court's arrest warrant for Netanyahu.
"Khan was removed from his role as ICC chief prosecutor last Friday in a vote by the court's member states."
Rubio has said that Washington would "dismantle the ICC - brick by brick, if necessary".
