COMMUNICATION for our Palestinian friends who follow us
EDIT : Addition at the end of the message:
Information about explicit threats concerning your children[1][2] has prompted us to ask you:
to refrain from using photos or videos of your children without hiding their facesto refrain from indicating your location and from taking photos or videos of places that are recognisable from the outsideto delete or modify your messages that contained sensitive photos/videos/information
We are a non-profit collective with no formal structure. We understand that these funds are your only means of subsistence and that in a less urgent situation, you would not share this information. That is why we are looking for solutions to continue to make your voices heard and raise awareness of your needs without exposing you to further external threats.
Please feel free to discuss this with us!
We will, of course, continue to provide you with all the necessary support while complying with minimum safety rules so that as many people as possible can help you financially!
We have also received reports of harassment, attempted blackmail, and sexual violence against Palestinian women.
When you register for assistance, for example by filling out a form, please verify that it comes from a recognized organization and that the contact information is accurate.
1: Gaza’s children have become direct victims of genocide, beginning with the act of killing, which IOF execute with deliberate brutality and a clear intent to target them as part of this genocide.
