#fairplayer

Its another #BandcampFriday and I have a new release out called Modern World. https://samanthajanesmith.bandcamp.com/track/modern-world It is of course also available on #mirlo, #jamcoop and #subvert, as well as on #fairplayer and #soundcloud. There is also an accompanying video: https://makertube.net/w/fPDTGUWCrb2zFBZYihqi42 Enjoy and please do take the opportunity to buy music from independent musicians today. Hugs, Sammi #electronicmusic#experimentalmusic#ambientmusic@electronicmusic@fedigroups.social@ExperimentalMusic@fedigroups.social

I am getting kinda fed up with streaming on #soundcloud. I get more engagement than on other platforms but little in return. I have pulled my music from other streaming platforms and considering doing so here. Have others done this? Anyone using #Fairplayer? Thanks, Sammi #musicplatforms

So I now have a presence on #fairplayer Thanks to @CCirco@ravenation.club and the rest of making me aware of it! Looks like another great initiative! https://fairplayer.band/player/artist/flockofnazguls-artist@www.flockofnazguls.com

RE: https://musician.social/@mirlo/116958439405099043 A fascinating read from the @mirlo@musician.social and @fairplayer@social.anartist.org folk here. We all talk about the need to create a fairer less passive music ecosystem, but it's another thing giving up your free time to put the work into designing it, as these folks are doing in a very optimistic way... #fedimusic #music #music #mirlo #fairplayer #fairplayer #indiemusic
