What a beautiful summer day in #kamloops. Took advantage of the smoke blowing away for a sunrise #bikeride to #kamloopslake. Osprey we're soaring overhead fishing and bighorn sheep where grazing within meters of me.

Went for a morning #bikeride before the roads started to get busy a little earlier on today.
