Invited to speak by the Permanent Committee on Human Rights in the World at the Chamber of Deputies, Elias describes the abuses he suffered from his father, who has been in prison for over 560 days without charge. He was the director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza, arrested during an IDF raid: “Is saving human lives a crime?”
